Can someone else pick up my tickets?
In general, only the person whose name is on the credit card that was used to make the purchase can pick up the tickets. The reason for this is to protect our customers from unauthorized credit card use and unauthorized ticket pickup. Some venues will allow alternate pickup arrangements to be made.
