How do I purchase HOB Member Tickets from store.hob.com?

HOB Member Tickets are available only to registered members and can only be purchased from store.hob.com. If you receive email communications from House of Blues, you are already a member. To purchase tickets from store.hob.com, follow the instructions below.

  1. Use the search function in the upper right of the Event Listings page to locate a specific event. Click on the artist name to view event details.
  2. On the Event Detail page, view the available ticket prices and enter the number of tickets you would like at your desired price(s). Some venues may only have one ticket price for general admission events.
  3. Click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
  4. Confirm your identity by entering your email address and password and clicking "Continue."
  5. On the Initial Summary page, review your order to verify that you have selected the correct tickets. If you are satisfied with your selections, click the "Continue" button. If you would like to change quantities or remove items, click "Recalculate" to return to the event detail page and start over. When you are satisfied with your selections, click the "Continue" button to proceed to the shipping page.
  6. On the Shipping page, choose how you would like to receive your tickets. If you would like to pick up your tickets free of charge at the Box Office Will Call window, select "Pick Up Tickets at Will Call" and click "Continue". If you would like your tickets shipped to you for an additional charge, select "Use New Address," enter your address information, and click "Continue". Most events offer a choice between Will Call and Shipping, but orders placed within 2 weeks of the show date are only available for Will Call Pickup.
  7. When you reach the Payment page, please have your credit card and billing information ready. In addition to your billing address and credit card information, you will need to provide the three- or four-digit Card Identification Number (CIN) or Card Security Code (CSC) printed on your credit card. For Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards, this code is typically printed on the back of the card, in the signature strip. For American Express cards, the security code is located on the front of the card. Once you have filled in all your billing information, click "Continue" to proceed to the Final Review page.
  8. On the Final Review Page, review your order to make sure everything is correct. If you would like to change anything, click the appropriate "Edit" button. When you are satisfied with your order, click "Place Order". Please click only once. It may take a few seconds for your order to go through, but please click only once to avoid duplicate charges.
  9. The Order Confirmation page will appear after you have submitted your order. It will include a confirmation number as well as a summary of your order. We recommend you print the page for your records or make note of the confirmation number. You will also receive an Order Confirmation Email.
  10. Once the box office has processed your order, you will receive either a Will Call Confirmation Email or Shipping Confirmation Email. This typically takes 2-3 business days. Will call emails will contain instructions on how to pick up your tickets at Will Call. Shipping emails will provide a tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery. In most cases your tickets will be delivered 5 business days after you place your order.
